Arriving in style: Matinee idol Chiranjeevi arrives for his maiden press conference to announce the launch of his political party in Hyderabad on Sunday.
HYDERABAD: The formal announcement of film actor Chiranjeevi about his political entry evoked mixed response from other parties in the State.
While the Congress claimed that the new party would make no difference to its prospects, the Telugu Desam accused Mr. Chiranjeevi of “encouraging defections” from other parties.
BJP State president Bandaru Dattatreya said the new party would end the bipolar situationand usher a change in the political landscape.
The CPI said much would depend on the policies that were yet to be announced.
Congress Working Committee member and AP affairs in-charge Veerappa Moily said his party was not concerned about the actor’s decision. Everybody had a right to float political parties in a democracy and Mr. Chiranjeevi was exercising his right.
The TDP criticised the invitation extended by Mr. Chiranjeevi to leaders from other parties to join his party and charged him with encouraging nepotism. TDP parliamentary party leader K. Yerran Naidu said the film actor’s assertion that there was nothing wrong if family members played a role in his party showed that the party would be no different from others.
CPI State secretary K. Narayana said the announcement showed that Mr. Chiranjeevi might have already finalised the party’s agenda.
I am a great fan of chiranjeevi. I am very happy to announce the Praja Rajyam party after the big gap. The people are looking for a change in andhra pradesh ruling. I only request the youth to support praja rajyam party to make the change in political senario in andhra pradesh. Let us have a clean governance in andhra pradesh so that ANDHRA PRADESH becomes SANTOSHANDHRA PRADESH.
I request all the youth to support praja rajyam to make it a big SUCCESS!!!

we believe in
KATTI PADMARAO became popular by making GOOD THINGS SUCH INTERCAST MARRIAGES.
He invited Chiru as Hon. Guest to support his own events. Hon. Chiru is also happy for invitation, but he does ot know that , katt padmarap has supported indirectlyof his daughter’s intercast marriage. Katti padmarao speaks very pleantly to do such things.
One of the interesting Slogans of Chiru’s party is “Change”.
But he didn’t specify what change he will bring. He says his party is different from othe parties.
I can tell few things which are different from other parties!!
1) Others parties are family related parties and even his party is family related.
2) Others parties are caste based parties. Even his party is caste based.
3) Other parties contains corrputed politicans. Why should not have them in his party and hence started inviting them to his party.
The way the talks wents when he was supposed to start his party are pretty good. But when the dates are nearing to start his party, then all went wrong.
I don’t see why chiru fans blame everything on congress party.
If his daughter is eloped, then it is congress party to be blamed.
If pavan kalyan’s wife went to court, then it is becuase of congress.
The way, people are accusing congress, they even blame congress for the death of people in chiru’s party meeting in Tirupathi. What a Shame !!!
Change is necessary and important for every society to exists. But change with out any goals is waste.
What is the change he is going to bring to the people of AP?
If he can erase corruption from certain departments, then the objective of establishing his party is good.
Let’s hope his delivers what he says….. (may be that is the reason why he is not saying anything concrete!!)
When people are looking for a change
the entry of the Megastar into Politics is welcome. His entry, in my opinion, will be significant in terms of corruption free and people freindly Government.Well begun is half done.
It is all well begun. I am sure they will do well if Praja Rajyam is elected to power with clear majority.

I hope Chiranjeevi will encourage new comers and not the same old politicians who have not done much for Andhra. Andhra can progress a lot if the goonda raj is cleaned up, industries are put up in all areas – inclusive of Telangana and Rayalseema that have not got much investment/jobs.
Good governance introduced by Naidu has been ruined by the current government. Even to get pensions, retired people have to pay up bribes. We are expecting “gandhivadi” to be the rule of the state – not violence.
We all hope and pray Chiranjeevi can help Andhra shine as an example compared to other states

I am a great admirer of chiranjeevi,I like his ambitions to see corruption-free andhra pradesh and santoshandhrapradesh,but my advise to chiru is to just take advises and experience of the senior politicians who come from the other parties just for coming into power and who are power-thirsty,I request chiru to just give party tickets to new comers who r free from group politics and factionism and who doesn’t have any criminal record,who r willing to save the people,this is only advise as well as request to see a happy andhra pradesh

Hatsoff to Chiranjeevi Garu for his simplicity, modesty and his commitments towards poverty! Lets stand by him and extend our support to him, Jai Chiranjeevi….We have seen Sri Chandrababu Naidu Garu ruling and Sri Y S Raja Sekhar Reddy Garu ruling…..lets give a chance to Sri Chiranjeevi Garu and can see his ruling also…why can’t we try for his ruling so that we can see a change….I personally request every body have a look in this and extend our support as a chain to everybody for giving a chance to Sri Chiranjeevi Garu for the Ruling the AP State.

Hello every body,
He is good actor, But not a good politician. First he said we need “change” but he didn’t change any of his concepts and he still doing same mistakes. Please chiranjeevi garu give some time to ur self and people to think what is right. Nobody is willing to ask you but I am asking one thing do you have any experience in politics? If not first thing go through our books and learn about our Amendments and get sum little bit experience and talk about that. Please don’t reapt same mistakes what our politicians are doing.

I am a big fan of CHRANJEEVI ANNAYA. I want to know why the campaign of
cheeranjeevi was dull .Annaya was not projected to his Image.According to me he is a GOD no doubt about that he has that much capability & power . Not in a notorious way
Annaya has capability of having the followers like HITLER & as famous as GUCHEGUVERA(CHE) .During the reign of HITLER the people follwed him madly .The people were injected NAZISM in their blood due to mainly 2 reasons.
1.) SPEECHES &
2.) OATH(SONG)
But we are missing that in our PRAJARAJYAM PARTY. The pupil must be moved feverishly by this time about our PRP but this is not happening at this time to a large extent. We hav to be very cautious from this time onward . ANNAYA has to be in a position that ANNAYA’S word must become Vedam for every one inorder to achieve that ::
• WE have to introduce a 4 line song in wich if anyone hear to that song the hair must raise .It has to be that much inspirational & movable. The opposition voters should also sing unconsciously that song while they hear that .It has to be that much strong ,influential & inspirational..Everyone has to sing that song & give huge publicity
• ANNAYA has to wear a unique UNIFORM which he has to wear all the time till the elections. Ex: mazzini followers wear BLACK SHIRTS .Which has a greater influence on the people & gave the power to him in ITALY in a very short span of time .
• ANNAYA has to use the words in his speech with the slogans which will inspire the nation. Ex: GAREEB HATAVOO. This slogan make the indiragandhi p.m for that TERM. If we introduce the inspirable slogan for this TERM like
“ FOR OUR BETTER FUTURE”

I suggest not to make any statement today (16-Dec-2009). Congress is responsible for current situation and you may need to wait for another 2 days looking for resolution from Congress. You can take decision after that. If you make any statement now, it may lead to other problems when the state is united. You will get advantage only when the state is seperated. If you wait for another 2 days, you can see the decision taken by Congress and other parties like TDP, CPM and CPI based on which you can announce.
